Create a guest user if it is deleted/missing from AD and give access to the guest user

You can enable anonymous access in security policy and give a try

What rights have you given to the "Anonymous logon" group? Can you access the share with credentials? Isn't you firewall blocking access?
You can temporary disable the firewall and check again.
