Of recent elections what's up? In this modern world. You vote (full ballot or selective or no)?

Some have it there is change afoot.
Some have it that legislation is on hold - until results are in, then they can go back to work.

When will they go back to work, on what, after which election: primary? state? national?

Given current state of process, what are likely to be the issues more favored by candidates?
What will likely be issues that may actually pass legislation?
Do the two have anything in common?

-and what do you think about that?

Results are in.

Same-o same-old?

Maybe part of the problem with finding an 'answer' is that there is so much that is fractured in the related politics.

I look back to the '60s of my youth and how politics morphed after that in the '70s, '80s and '90s. I'd be interested in reading about anyone who accurately foresaw what would happen in politics in those decades after seeing the '60s.

Today, I don't know what to think of many of the oddities we're seeing. Similar to my (lack of) thoughts on "Africa", I don't see what's coming. What makes me most nervous is the potential for a charismatic "leader" building a following from the very confused masses.

Too bad I wasn't more specific in my very last statement above. A career in political prediction could be built on such things.
