Could it be that you are missing BITS features (server side) ?

Hi,
I try the option /SCANHEALTH
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

But in my prompt it is not available.
I just have:

 /RevertPendingActions
/spsuperseded [/hidesp]

Why its missing here ? It is a win seven machine and SUR is installed.
Does SUR needs a reboot ?

Type Winver in your Run or at Command prompt and advise what Service Pack you have got?

Your OS should be updated to SP1

If your OS is not SP1 installed then same you can manually download and install before trying with Windows Update via WSUS or any other way.

This may be silly question, but make sure you are running command prompt with Admin privilage.

Open elevated command prompt and check.

Hi Master,
I assume your commands are just for WIN8

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

When I check the version number of the cmd prompt window : 6.2.9200

Can you help me for WIN7 ?
