Where is the firefox print.css file

I am running into the bug reported here:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13498022/firefox-prints-only-first-page-and-cuts-the-page-on-the-right

It indicates I can get around the bug by editing the firefox print.css file but  I can't find that file on my computer.

I don't think it matters, but I'm running Win7 64 bit on a Dell Optiplex 9010 with an i5 and 16gig of ram.

Thanks,
Al
