Exchange mail server 2003

Dear Experts,
I have an Exchange server 2003. I am hosting our company's website on one server hosted by Hetzner. This server is a web server. Plesk panel made default mail server as Postfix. The file contain relay server as our company's email server which is exchange 2003 server. In the file I put my exchange server as a relay host
relayhost =\par
I send mail through psp command but when I send mail to other than my own domain, it fails and our barracuda device shows
Invalid Recipient (cuda_nsu 5.7.1 Unable to relay for )
Any help will be appreciated.

it sounds like your spam filter disallow your exchange server to do the relay.

you might have to add the IP of the exchange server to the allow list.

Thanks for the comment.
I am using barracuda spam filter device. I have to add the IP address of the webserver or the exchange server?
your exchange server.
My exchange server is already up and running and sending and receiving mail.
all good?
Your Exchange mail server is not properly configured to relay messages.

Open the Exchange System Manager
Go in Administrative Groups -> Administrative group name -> Server -> Server name -> Protocols -> SMTP
Right click on Default SMTP Virtual Server -> properties
Access tab -> Relay button
Select "only the list bellow" and add your domain and\or IPs you do want to allow the relay.
Check the "Allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay, regardless of the list above" checkbox.
I did the above steps except Allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay regardless of the list above checkbox. I am receiving the error in Barracuda as the attached file. From that webserver if I put it converts that address to Please suggest.
Hello Md. Mojahid,
I did your previous steps as well but with no luck.
