I am seeking your advice on setting automatic group signatures in exchange 2010. I know it is done in transport rules as i have done the disclaimer there. at the moment, I do the signatures manually for every user<br />
<br />
Our head of marketing department would like to change the contents of the signatures on a monthly or weekly basis and that would be very difficult to do manually.<br />
<br />
our signatures are big, use specific font, have links to external sites and have JPEGs. Some users add their Skype id and some users have their contact vCard added. <br />
<br />
What is the best way doing? do i have to outsource and get somebody to do this?<br />
