I am seeking your advice on setting automatic group signatures in exchange 2010. I know it is done in transport rules as i have done the disclaimer there. at the moment, I do the signatures manually for every user
Our head of marketing department would like to change the contents of the signatures on a monthly or weekly basis and that would be very difficult to do manually.
our signatures are big, use specific font, have links to external sites and have JPEGs. Some users add their Skype id and some users have their contact vCard added.
What is the best way doing? do i have to outsource and get somebody to do this?
