buffer value for comparison

I do have following in the cell:

=SUMME(INDIREKT(("$V$14:$V$44")))

which gives me a result back which I would like to buffer and show in a different cell before updating the numbers automaticaly so I can see the difference between before/after update. I'm a noob on Excel. thx for any help. rgds, Kongta
