Vlookup returning #N/A

Hi guys,

As the title says my vlookip (Column B) is returning #N/A. Any idea why? I tried stripping out unwanted carriage returns etc but still no job. Project attached.

Thanks,
Dean

the #N/A means that there is no exact match in the list what is true in your case.
the strings in D column are filled with empty spaces to 30 characters. Modify your customer name data by  TRIM()  or use spaces in A2
