BES10 Not allowing me to login

upgrade to v10.2.2 from 10.2.0 and was unable to login using local or AD accounts.
So, reverted back to v10.2.0 but still unable to login.

Services look fine.
Its a VM on vmware.  Same IP.

Ideas?

yes all okay here.
i've had major issues with 10.2.*

giving up i think.
