terminal server licensing

SVR A
I have a 2008 STD R2 domain controller server which is also running the Remote Desktop  Licensing Manager.
I have a few 2008 licences installed.

SVR B
We recently installed 2012 STD R2 servers with remote desktop services serving an accounting application.
I have purchased the 2012 rds license also

Can I use my existing SVR A to add the 2012 license / or does it have to be a 2012 server.
see attached picture. I want to avoid setting up licensing all over the place for diff os versions.
