Workdays By Quarter for current year

How can I compute the # of workdays for each quarter for the current year? I also need to exclude holidays which I have set up in my spreadsheet.

Use the Networkdays function:

e.g.

=Networkdays(Date(2014,1,1),Date(2014,3,31),holidays)

that's for 1st quarter.

where holidays is your named holiday range (you can also replace with range like $A$1:$A$10).

Thanks. Let's say I have a cell that just has the 4 digit year in it and when I change that it will recompute the workdays by quarter. How can that be done so I don't have to hard code the dates in the formula?
