Hi,

I have simple problem but for me it is difficult. the problem is trying to give the same look to my website accross different browsers.. I have internet explorer 11 and also chrome.Problems i want to fix are below

1)in both browsers, white little space (between td  in table) in the picture (internet-explorer-v-11.JPG, 1,2,3,4) i want to get rid of ,how can i do that this is a faulty in both browsers.
2) I want to fit it to 1 page in internet explorer it is just one page (without scroll bar) but in chrome to see the footer i will have to scroll down, how can i fix this and make it generic?
3)right cell in my table in internet explorer is wider than in chrome. i want the right space and left space of my table to be equal so that my form will be just in the middle of the browser page leaving equal space in right and left sides..(it is equal in internet explorer how can i make this generic, same in everywhere?)

if you would advice better practices as well ,i woudl appreciate.

thank in advace...
