HP DL380 G7 Server Monitoring

We have a HP DL380 G7 Server and we want to set up some form of Server monitoring in case of any faults that may happen. Like hard disk fail to 1 of the raid drives etc. I have been advised that HP comes with its own free form of server monitoring that is capable of sending emails in the event of a fault. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Assuming Windows... For a single server Start/Programs/HP Management Agents/Event Notifier Config and setup the SNMP server details for it to send email. You have to install and configure SNMP since it uses it internally for the drivers to communicate with the event notifier. What's monitored is in control panel  -HP management agents.
