Upgrading Exchange 2007 Std. to Exchange 2007 Enterprise. I've heard you can use 2007 enterprises CALS to do this if so how? Thanks in advance

I've heard that i can upgrade certain exchange users using the ent. cals to upgrade Exchange 2007 std to exchange 2007 ent. Please give me details on how to do this. Thank you

To change the CAL type on the server, you can do it through EMC. Follow these directions, although for Exchange 2010 should be the same for Exchange 2007: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124582(v=exchg.141).aspx

If that doesnt work let me know. I might be able to find a command or registry key.

Thanks for the info. The vendor at zones told me differently but I haven't found any thing to support what he told me.
