I'm trying to give a user access to an IIS 7.5 server and for the life of me can't seem to figure out where IIS Manager Users is located.
I've added role Windows Authentication, which I read was needed, but this made no change.

From the windows Server Manager Start->administrative tools-> Server Manager (this is the screen that pops up when you log into a server). Expand Roles->Web Server(IIS)->click the link Add Role Services and select Management Service under the Management Tools section
