How to Modify Local User Account Properties via a Script

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to use a script to change the following settings on a local user account:

Under Sessions Tab

1. Change the Idle Session Limit to 10 minutes
2. Change When a Session Limit is reached or connection is broken to End Session
Microsoft Legacy OSWindows OSMicrosoft Server OS

If you mean for Remote Desktop Services this can be applied to multiple computers using group policy or local security policy for individual computers.

I wish it was that easy, these are tabs that exist within the local User Accounts on the server itself, these settings are not controlled by RDS which would be applied to the whole server.
