Deleted files from share still visible locally

We have problem for only one user:
He works a lot on files stored on server, mostly pdf and autocad files. Sometimes he deletes files and they are deleted from server, but when he refreshes directory, files come back. They don't exist on server anymore, but user can still see them.
It appears randomly, and mostly with pdf files.

He has full control over directories he works with.
He uses Windows 7 x64 pro, AutoCAD 2014 and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

Are you sure that the "Make Available Offline" is not checked. And if it is are you sure that it syncs correctly and frequently.

Because if the sync does not complete frequently you will run into this problem.

Offline files are configured with GPO only for profile and it's stored on another server.

When user deletes files, they disappear from client and server, but when he goes one directory up and back, files are still there, but they are not on the server anymore.

The user states that those files are not opened, when they come back and they are still there even after restart.

I'll have to check it with process manager when it happens again. I'll let you know about results

It looks like Adobe Acrobat had still information about previously opened files in cache.
Couldn't find root cause because user had more problems and his PC was redirected to be rebuilt.
