Grant Exchange Mailbox 2010 Reviewer Permission to User

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this. I have given a user reviewer access via the following command on my exchange 2010 server, however I am still getting an error message when I try to open the inbox via OWA or outlook saying that I do not have the proper rights to do so.

The commands that I use are as follows

Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity testone:\ -User rph -AccessRights Reviewer

the above command was to give top level reviewer access and the following command below to give the reveiwer rights to the inbox

Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity testone:\Inbox -User rph -AccessRights Reviewer

Is there something that I am missing here?

I am already seeing this error message as I believe the permission is already applied but I still cant open the mailbox that I wanted too. It is still telling me that I do not have permission to open the inbox

An existing permission entry was found for user: RPH.
