I have an Excel 2010 Spreadsheet that is used for capturing survey data. I have one column in this spreadsheet that has a dropdown menu with three options (Delete, Migrate, Save). <br />

So every cell in that column has one of those three options in it.<br />

I want to be able to count each one of those options seperately from the other two throughout the length of the column. <br />

Any instuction on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
