Getting a SCSI Host Adapter driver incompatibility error when upgrading Win2K3 VMware guest to Win2K8.

Cloned a 32-bit Windows 2003 VMware guest server to try and upgrade to 32-bit Windows 2008 (I know I can upgrade to Win2K8R2 64-bit but, I'm trying to keep the upgrade as close as possible to avoid compatibility issues).  I keep getting an error during the compatibility check:  "Bus Logic Multimaster PCI SCSI Host Adapter driver incompatibility."

I get a Window that says I can bypass this driver update but, I may have problems afterwards.  That's a lie since I only have a Close button on that window.  Anyone else experience this or something similar?

It was the exact solution needed to get past the compatibility test.  Thank you very much Andrew.
