Internet Dropping on Win 7 and Server 2008 but not on Mac or Server 2003

I have been dealing with this problem since last Friday morning. It came out of nowhere.

All of my Servers 2003 can get to the internet consistently. But all of my Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 can sometimes get it and most times cannot.

Even more strange is that I have a Macbook running parallels. The Windows 7 side cannot access the internet or ping a website, but the Mac side has no issue what so ever. This machine is on the same network connection but the Windows side is not working.

I have a laptop attached directly to my cable modem and it has internet access constantly, no drops.

I have two internal DNS servers with forwarders set to my ISP's DNS servers.

If it were a bad switch or firewall my Macbook and servers should be having the issue as well. I can't figure this out. Has anyone ever seen this before? I am getting frustrated and my users even more so. Any help would be appreciated.

The firewall is a Cisco ASA 5505 no changes were made to my network prior to this happening.

Turns out it was an IP conflict. A device was brought in to one of our offices that had the same IP as my firewall.
