Hi Experts,
Recently we experienced a weird issue during our user login Citrix Server, by using program neighborhood remotely via VPN connection. The issue is system will prompt a debug window, as the below picture, after input the user name and password. However, login the same server directly from local, NO VPN I mean, was no problem.
![Prompt Window]()
Regarding to the debug window, if we ignored the debug and close the window, the system will halt the rest of loading session. And remote desktop will not be loaded completely. From user side, they only can see the blue screen without any icons on it. And user cannot take any operation on the window at this time, except closing the current window. From running further debug, we got the debug output as the attached below. The issue seems caused by Stack overflow in explorer.
Our Citrix Server is Presentation Server 4.5 and our Citrix Client Software is Program Neighborhood 10.0
Did anyone of you experience this issue before? Please advise, and help us to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
