Most of my experience is in Visual Studio 2005 &amp;&nbsp;2010 but I was never trained in 2010 so I didn't take advantage of a lot of the new functionality. &nbsp; <br />

Step-by-step instructions would be great especially if I need to do something different when deploying. &nbsp;Also if anyone knows of some good free training videos or CTBs on AJAX I'd really appreciate a reference,<br />
