web based ERP application - performance and printing
our new ERP application running on the web based and very slow to work on the most of the modules . I hope we need to get the software company to fine tune the system on the performance level . I hope we can improve the current situation ? some are says it will take some time get into the thick or thin client performance . But I know some large ERPs running on the browser based . Is there any third party tools to make this more faster ?
other thing is printing . printers map to the sever with the <dep or location><hostname> on the server and getting non printing cases more often . most of the time we have to reinstalled the browser to print work . worst cast re installation . but I did not seen any logic on this
