Dragon Naturally Speaking wanting you to retrain user, after working fine for long time.

I have a customer, he has Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Medical Professional. Yesterday he went to use it and it's telling him that he needs to totally retrain his user. For a medical professional that takes a long time, from what he told me.

How do I find the old file ( if it's still there ) and reinstate it?

If the OS is xp, have a look of the locations below.
