Not showing controls when form is loading
While my vb.net form is loading, I do a number of things. So it takes a while like 20 seconds to fully show and populate the controls. At this time it marks the areas for the controls, and the users can see them. it does not full maximize the form. and it looks ugly. I would want it to either fully load the form with clear controls and maximized and later populate them.

What happens if you move all your code from Load event to Shown event or vice versa?
