Motherboard Recommendation for Thunderbolt display for Imac mid 2011

Hi Guys,

Im looking some help to build my new Desktop PC with thunderbolt display output. Goal is to get display on IMAC,  I have IMAC 27 inch with thunderbolt port i want to use one display for both IMAC  i don't have enough space to put two displays. I did some research i found MSI MothersBoards, Gigabyte MB & Asus MB. Please help me to find right board which can give me output to IMAC on thunderbolt port. i don't want to play games or anything. I need normal display.

please suggest me hardware what should i buy to get achieve my goal.

thanks for reply so, your saying ASUS not good or not tested?
This gigabyte looks good to me so, for thunderbolt output for IMAC. Do i need any graphics card in order to take output for apple IMAC ? or it will work out  of the box ?
ASUS is on a very short list of manufacturers I won't buy and for very good reasons.

my question was do I need any graphics card in order to get display on iMAC?
With that systemboard, you just need to make sure your Haswell processor includes a graphics section.

what I have i7 and what you gave me 62$ processor performance will be almost same because mine is 1st generation right ? sorry again I asked u one more question :)
Its only 3/4 as fast as the old I7; but an upgraded CPU will be much cheaper in a year.

No; the new ram and hard disk drive will be much faster; the video should be, too.
