TimeClock Plus Supervisor Reset

I have a TimeClock Plus 6 install that the HR manager has changed the supervisor password but has apparently either forgotten it or didn't enter the change correctly.  I need to reset this supervisor password somehow.  I've looked in the SQL tables and the only thing that looks promising is the 'SuperAccessX' field in the SysConfig table.  It looks like it's some sort of basic string encryption and is therefore not readable.  I've tried clearing the field to try to reset it to a blank password and even tried resetting the RunQuickStart field in the Company table to true hoping it would run the initial config wizard again but it didn't work.

The only help from their website is at - http://kb.timeclockplus.com/?p=1036

The problem is that I don't have an active maintenance agreement and I have no desire to pay for something as simple as a password reset.  Can anyone tell me where I can reset the supervisor password in the database so I can get in using the management client?

Unfortunately that has proven to be the case.
