Hi,
My boos's email is on exchange that hosted by some vendor, he has 25G of space, he only used 15G, but the email stopped coming in after 10:51AM today. I did not know what he did, he called ans said, there was an error msg, "quota exceeded"
He then archived some email, after that, new email started coming in.
My question is, how could it possible that he still has 10G of the space in his account, why did he need to archive old email in order to get new ones? thx
