Search for string in files and sub-directoires

I am using the Winodws 2008 Server

I want to find all occurences of files that contain a string (including sub-directores)

I know how to do this in PowerShell, but I want to know how to do this inside the GUI, I have not done this in a couple years.  I went to Winodws explorer, but could not find a 'serach' menu.

What path should I take to search for all occurences of a file that contains a 'string', including sub-directoties from Windows Explorer, or some other GUI ?
