Problem with Ip Adresses

I have a dhcp scope of 10.210.80.1-10.210.95.254 /255.255.240.0 dns is 10.210.80.6, default gateway 10.210.80.1. The problem is any device that starts with 10.210.81.1 onwards are able to access network but not the internet. thanks for helping.

The hosts that unable to access internet can ping dns server if allow and can dns lookup?

can ping dns server and nslookup comes up ok.

can they able to ping 8.8.8.8 which is google public dns and default gateway as DNS is on same subnet?
