AD Administration with deligation
our business working in the 24 x 7 operation and given permission to 4 users as AD access . this process creating some issues to the AD object integrity . some are adding computer without proper naming on the PC . I want to delegate the access to other par time administrator to have limited access . what is the best way to move on this scenario

is there ant thing call sign-off practice on this . I hope IT will do the implementation . DO we have to give them the standard documentation covering the features or the restriction that apply with the new AD membership ?
