Cisco Smartnet Alternatives

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if there are other companies that offer Smartnet-esque type of Cisco support and service? I would like to go with CIsco preferably but obviously I can't because my hardware is end of life. Thanks

Even if you approach cisco gold partner, they will not cover HW as it is end of life. At this point, with smartNet, you may able to download IOS from cisco and nothing more.

Any first hand experience with NHR?

We bought hardware from them but never used their NetSure service since we use SmartNet.

However, their after sale support was very good.  We had one bad router and they turned around and replaced it the next day.

According to their sales rep, they provide the exact same support and replacement as Cisco.

They also support end of life products too.

I think they only support U.S.
