thanks Adam
Looks like the Powershall command work, but not seeing the boss calendar showing inside the secretary outlook . should I not see the calendar appear on the secretary workstation in outlook
when I run the command Get-MailboxFolderPermissio n mailbox:\calendar
I do see the secretary having " PublishingEditor" accessing rights on the exchange server

Add-MailboxFolderPermissio
should not have uses the -identity ( which I found searching the internet).
But this is what I'm trying to do maybe you can help me.
Trying to setup a user ( secretary) to send a meeting request invite on behalf of the another user ( boss). The another user is out-of-town for 3 weeks, so I'm looking for a powershall command to setup the user (secretary) to see the calendar and setup a meeting. Will I still have to use the Add-MailboxFolderPermissio
