Google Chrome Will Not Load - WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH

Last night my Chrome appears to not have closed properly and today Chrome Instantly Crashes before loading.

I've tried:

1. Reinstalling.
2. Opening in Safe Mode
3. Using revo-uninstaller to remove.
4. Removed Chrome from Registry.
5. Removed "Default" Chrome browser folder in user settings.
6. Ran two separate Malware programs to check for errors.
7. Rebooted multiple times.

All I get is a White Screen of Death... see attached.
That screen pops up for about two seconds and then I get the "Whoa! Google Chrome has Crashed. Reload Now."

My assumption is that Chrome is trying to load something that is corrupted but I'm not sure where else to look.

Any help you can provide that leads to a solution would be appreciated.

Sounds more like a video card problem (which can affect browsers)

Actually, the jury is still out. I just had it crash again and this time it was after I turned on the option to allow Chrome to have access to the OneDrive files. So I'll have to let some time go by to see if this fixes it or what's going on.

It was actually my own solution that worked (I had tried most of the ones proposed by the experts). But I'm awarding points based on those that stimulated my thinking in the eventual solution direction and wasn't something I had already tried.

If you are getting the WHOLE window as a white screen, no address bar or anything, try running it with the flag --disable-gpu, then go into the settings and disable your hardware acceleration in the advanced settings. Then, try and figure out if you can update your graphics drivers or something,, and maybe something will let you run Chrome without this at some point in the future. This seems to happen a lot with computers upgraded to Windows 10 running older hardware.
