List boxes with list boxes behind - part two

Folks,
I have attached a workbook where that opens to a Main Menu. There are two ActiveX list boxes to the left and a text box to the far right (text box is not the problem).
I've narrowed the problem down to a possible problem with the ActiveX list box controls but would need help if I did not use ActiveX.

I'll have some questions but please move forward. You'll probably have kinks worked out so I'll wait on clarification.

No please ask your questions since they may affect what I do.

How to add Categories and Topics?
Selecting a Topic is not going to the correct worksheet - but I figure these are kinks you're working on.
Where's the code for these list boxes located?
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
