Help with Printer Redirection/Mapping on HP Thin Client.
Just deployed a small office to our DataCenter and users are connecting to their desktops with a HP Thin Client (H2P25AT). I have one terminal that uses an old Epson parallel receipt printer and would like to be able to print receipts from their desktop. I've always used network printers so I have not ran into this issue before.
I've plugged the receipt printer into the parallel port, went to configure, printer mapping, and added a printer selecting the parallel port. When I connect to the desktop (currently Windows 7) nothing appears in devices and printers. As I said I've never done this before so I'm sure I'm missing a few steps. Any help would be appreciated.
Thin Client: H2P25AT (Linux)
Desktop: Currently Windows 7 but looking to deploy Server 2012 RDS soon
Connection: RDP 7
