Need to print file from URL to specific printer in a batch file windows 7

I have to print a customers packing list from the web They will supply a URL I need to have it automatically grab the PDF file that will be on that page and print without user intervention.   Any Ideas?

PRINT [/D:device] [[drive:][path]filename[...]]

/D:device Specifies a print device.

For example if I have a file in C:\windows called print.txt,

go to cmd and type print http:\\www.myprinter.com c:\windows\print.pdf

Where is the pdf document located? That is were I can see you coming up with issues unless it calls up maybe a ftp site.

As a sidenote, Foxit Reader is better for this automated printing. Adobe Reader will print, but will leave its empty window on the screen.
