Our Joomla! 3.2.1 is blacklisting a customer that is trying to access pages on our site from Greece.  They get the message 

"403: Access Forbidden
Your location (GR) has been blacklisted.

Where is this occurring and how do we allow access?  In addition to the base Joomla installation, we also have RSFirewall! 1.4.0 Rev 53 component installed.
