Lenovo ThinkServer TS200v INCREDIBLY Slow HDD Write Speeds:

Hi all. We have a Lenovo ThinkServer TS200v that is now out of warranty and can't be extended as per Lenovo.
The server is running Windows Server 2003 R2 x86.
When running a HDD benchmark on this server we are seeing these crazy slow write speeds.
The read speed seems normal.
I'm not really sure how to proceed.
The hard drive is a Western Digital WD2502ABYS.
I downloaded and ran the WD Diagnostic Tool and it didn't detect any issues.
There is no way this write speed is normal.
Even the benchmarks themselves are taking forever to run. It's quite irritating.
I ran 2 different benchmark programs and they both gave similar results.
This server is a Domain Controller, a print server and a file server.
And while I haven't heard anyone complain, if this server was like this from day one they may be used to it.
Any ideas on what I can do?
Attached are the results from the 2 benchmarks.
Thanks in advance.

You sir are the man!
Apparently the "Enable write caching on the disk" setting was disabled.
I was skeptical but enabling that option did the trick.
Thanks for the suggestion!!

Thanks again for the suggestion!
I would have never thought that option would cause such a drop in write speed but the proof is in the pudding ...I mean the benchmark ...the delicious chocolatey benchmark.
I have to admit that it was a bit of a shot in the dark, but glad to hear it resolved your problems. If it was something that was always disabled, I'll bet your staff thinks you're amazing for improving the speed of their app server by about 1000% :)
