Worldship Iseries updating
I have a customer that for years we have had a connection from worldship to a database file on the iseries that pulls in the ship to info for what needs to be shipped. We now want to plug in the tracking number from ups into a database file on the iseries, so I need to read and write info back to the iseries. I have read about a product called Crossware by UPS but not getting a lot of info on it.

I called UPS and they said that the only way I could get help is via for a tech to come out, which I don't believe I need at all. I just need that software. Did a tech bring it out? How did you get it? Is it on the worldship cd?
