multiple selection checkbox infopath 2010 jumps to top

I have an infopath form with a multiple selection checkbox on it.  There are many choices, enough to form a list of lets say 70 checkboxes.  The control is not as large as all 70 choices so there is a vertical scrollbar.  When you scroll down and make a choice, the control magically jumps to the top, forcing you to rescroll down to make another selection that might be right next to the first choice.  Is there any way to stop this behavior ?

Multiple selections are very difficult to work with and I do not recommend them.

Best practice is to have a repeating data element which has the name and a check (true/false) value, etc.  Could be an external list or table or even XML.

Then you can control how many are displayed at a time or put them within a scrolling region etc.

I dont see a repeating data element.  If I close the form I am on and open a blank form, I then see those controls.

If you go to properties of the List Box ->  Size tab, and delete the Height field so that it is blank and then ok and save out, the scrollbar goes away.  If you look back in the properties it now says "auto" for the height.  This will do for now.
