google account - suspicious sign-in

How can I find-out if the following message is true or not:

[[sent from:  no-reply@accounts.google.com]]

Hi Tom,

Someone recently used your password to try to sign in to your Google Account ***@gmail.com. This person was using an application such as an email client or mobile device.

We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:

Sunday, June 8, 2014 11:43:48 PM UTC
IP Address: 190.191.74.84
Location: Santa Fe, Santa Fe Province, Argentina

If you do not recognize this sign-in attempt, someone else might be trying to access your account. You should sign in to your account and reset your password immediately.

Reset password

If this was you, and you are having trouble accessing your account, complete the troubleshooting steps listed at http://support.google.com/mail?p=client_login

Sincerely,
The Google Accounts team

Maybe there is a 'notification'.  Click on the 'bell' in the upper right corner after you log in to your Gmail account.  You probably ought to reset your password anyway.

ASKER

I am going to reset my password, but not using the link provided by the email.  I am going to just reset it through normal channels provided by google (not related to an email notification).
