Login Lync 2013

Hello

Lync 2013 Server organization.
Some Lync 2013 clients fail to login periodically  on their own workstations with error.
"... Server anavailable..."

"Standard" actions that do NOT help

- delete sign in info
- delete SIP profile from user folder and reg
- delete RSA KEY

Client trace:

1 Login: FAIL (hr = 0x1)
Changed CBootstrapper status [10000] -> [10006]
1.1 Lync-autodiscovery: PASS
1.1.1 Get-NewWebTicket: PASS
1.1.1.1 ExecuteWithWindowsOrNoAuthInternal: FAIL (hr = 0x3d0000)

The same lync clients login to Lync 2013 to another workstation without problems...

Some additional info from snooper:

Have you configured lyncdiscoverinternal.domain.local (or domain.com) to point to Front End server)
I just interpret the message above as an authentication problem. And this points me to the possibility, that another device in involved. Here possibly a firewall or proxy.

I understand your description as the clients can connect from time to time and they loose the connection. Autodiscover seems to work.

OnTlsNegotiationComplete (09E28450) failed would point me to a certificate, at least TLS has to do with certificates. Have you put all the names, including the autodiscover names into the certificate. Are the certificates all the time resolvable.

All this an be checked with the RUCT Tool.

Hello

We CAN login if boot OS in “Clean Boot Mode”
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.

Any new proposals?
