Citrix + Skype Video Calling

We have Citrix XenApp 6.5 installed on Win Server 2008 R2 standard with Secure Gateway 3.3.1

When calling from Skype in Citrix and connecting video calls the receiver cannot see the caller.
But the caller can see themselves on their screen and can see the receiver.

If anyone has any information, guides or documents that provides a resolution to this issue I'd be very grateful.

I have tested this from different computers with different hardware/webcams... same issue.

Thanks

First at which HRP your XenApp servers are?

Second, do you have your cameras connected first before launching skype?

Thanks for replying...
Our Xenapp server (just 1) is on HRP 3

The cameras are connected and functional before logging onto Citrix and before launching Skype

Regards
When connecting between the caller and receiver, do they reside both on the LAN, or both are external, or one is on the LAN and the other external?

Just for the sake of testing; does this issue also persist when connecting through RDP?

Does it occur if you use the camera and skype on the client PC (without connecting to XenApp)?
Skype works fine from the users local desktop, but once inside Citrix it fails.

I have tested from within Citrix to another PC on the same LAN as the Citrix server and also tested from Citrix to an iPhone on WiFi (different subnets)
And does it still fail?

Have you tested through RDP?
Hi Mutawadi
Yep the video feed still fails to display on the receiving caller's device but works fine outside of Citrix
I was hoping you would explicitly say it, but I will take your answer that it works outside Citrix as meaning that it works through RDP also.

I am almost out of ideas, but last thing I have in mind - have you tried Citrix receiver 4.x on each of your client PCs?
I haven't but will give that a go and report back.
Version 4.x same issue.
Can't test in RDP since RDP is refusing to detect my camera despite having RemoteFX enabled via GP and in RDP options.
