Share outlook calendar in standalone.
I have a client with 5 Users they are using POP for email as the budget does not allow for a full Exhange/AD install.
What is the simplest way to have them all have a calendar they can all share, edit and see full details of any meetings/appointments made by the other users?
They are all using Win7PRO/Outlook 2010.

None of the options would work as they all require manual updating to some degree.

As per the discussion, the author was not satisfied with manual method of sharing calendar among users in MS Outlook environment, so I recommended the only left possible solution that is 3rd party utility. The author now wants to close the thread on the same without accepting my answer. Kindly review the same.

Yes please close as using a 3rd party tool was the best solution for me as suggested by Clark Kent.
Yes, Microsoft Outlook allows users to create shared calendars which they can share with specific people and also let them to access for necessary changes (if it is required).
I think, you need to have a complete guide on shared calendar in MS-Outlook: http://office.microsoft.co
