We have a web application hosted in IIS server which connects to the MS SQL Database server in the same Lan.<br />

We have a shared internet connection of 40MBPS Leased Line for all the activities. &nbsp;<br />

Our application becomes slow at times when people access it from outside. &nbsp;Is there any machanism to check how much bandwidth is available for the IIS server when people access it from outside, &nbsp;The Processor, RAM everything are not utilised much so I think the issue could be the bandwidth. &nbsp;Is there any utility of mechanism wherein we could monitor the amount of bandwidth available to the IIS server over a period and any variations in availability.<br />
