Archiving inbox in outlook 2010
Hi
We use exchange 2007 and outlook 2010 in our network.
One of the user wants his email to be archived.
He wants his inbox archived so that he can still view/add emails to chains but without them counting in the inbox capacity – is that possible.
Any tutorial will be very helpful.

Please can elaborate more, I have not done archiving in the past.
