Network Video Recording -- “IP to old DVR” convertor ?
I currently have two Vivotek IP8331 that work good,
but I would like some Network Video Recording Software
so I can record these LIVE feeds onto a standard PC
hard drive and view the last 72hrs.
I contacted http://www.ezwatch.com/4-camera-nvr-ip-license.html
and they said their software will work with the Vivotek IP8331
1. Do you know of any other
Network Video Recording Software
recommendations that cost under $200 ?
** example = http://www.wincam.com/dvr
= etc
2. Is there a way to get something like an
“IP to old DVR” convertor since I have
an old security DVR I could use instead ?

There's no need to buy software to have it act as a recorder, as the options are built-in already (see manual, FTP, email, but also a Windows File server, or NAS).
