I have a user who is using Lync 2013 x32 on Win7 Pro x64. When someone shares their desktop, his Lync window shows a white box where the Stage is. His machine registers an Event 301 in Event viewer, and I deleted the registry entry as directed here (<a href="http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/f21d7243-2d6c-49c0-9b43-bb02ec50e9a4/white-screen-trying-to-view-meeting-share-windows-8-rtm-lync-2013-rtm" rel="ugc nofollow">http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/f21d7243-2d6c-49c0-9b43-bb02ec50e9a4/white-screen-trying-to-view-meeting-share-windows-8-rtm-lync-2013-rtm</a>). This fixed the issue for about a week, then it started again. <br />

I have:<br />

Lync 2013 white stage

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month.
